Delivery and shipping

Delivery can only be done through SF locker Pick up or SF store pick up. If delivery to places

outside Hong Kong is required, please contact us.

Customers can enjoy free shipping for orders of more than $300HKD. Otherwise, normal

shipping fees for SF Locker pick up/ SF store pick up is $40HKD.

[Goods will be shipped out 2-3 days after the order is confirmed. Once the parcel reaches the

locker or the SF store, you will be notified by a text message from SF with a designated period

for you to pick up the parcel. Please collect your parcel within the period stated in the text

message. If the customer fails to collect it within the stated period, the customer should be

responsible for any fees payable for late pick ups etc.]
